DDF Dumplings to Die For
Learn to prepare dumplings as a traditional group experience. Lifang will show you how to make meat and vegetarian dumplings with locally available ingredients.

- Saturday April 20 - 12 to 3pm
YIN & YANG - BALANCE FOR FOOD AND BODY
By using the Yin/Yang of food we can correct the balance in the human body. This session will teach how to build a bridge between food and body.

- Saturday April 27 - 12 to 3pm
CHINESE TEA - Learn Chinese Teas from a Master
In China, drinking tea is a culture and a way of life. Learn the role tea plays in daily life; it's fermentation, preparation and presentation.Your concept of tea will never be the same! Feeling the deep flavour of a drop of tea is like knowing a forest. Like wandering in the forest, you are looking for your destination. A cup of tea connects the body and the heart. - Lifang Zhang

All three courses involve hands on preparation, testing and eating! This course is given in English but simultaneous translation is available on demand UPDATED PRICING - all 3 sessions: $200  OR
Session #1= $100 / Sessions #2 & #3= $60 each

Lifang Zhang
Born and raised in China's Guansu Province, Lifang Zhang is a specialist in Chinese history and customs. She is an award winning historical documentary film writer, sought by film makers, historical colleges, and government officials for her depth of knowledge on Chinese art, food and culture. Lifang has given courses in Chinese cooking, calligraphy, language and culture since arriving in Canada seven years ago. She now resides in the Eastern Townships.
